Hello all...
finished another single figure base inspired by some St Mere Eglise street scenes publishe by Life magazine (most of them backwards!)
I noticed in most of the street scenes in smaller Norman towns...the roads and curbs were in disrepair...and were much older...

for single figure bases, I like to keep them simple so as not to overshadow the figure, but I do want SOME visual interest to place the figure in context...
All of the St Mere Eglise photos showed the town and streets to be VERY dusty, so I incorporated that into this simple base...
Again, the entire base is built from builders insulation foam...
This is another one I built to 5" x 7" specifications...this allows it to be placed into an 'upside down' 5 x 7 photo frame....
This particular base is heading to a friend as a gift in exchange for his previous generous trades with me.
