I try an observation...
The second figurine, on the floor, must be more flat.
I'm not sure of my english.

Je pense que la figurine allongée doit être plus applatie, il y a trop l'arrondi du dos visible pour l'instant.

Interesting idea, but I suggest you two points to work:
- the medic hands must be put out of the bags; people astonished by death let the arms hang down; in this position, I perceive more curiosity than pain
- as others have said, a corpse lye very, very flat, and usually it is composed by the survivors (i.e. with the arms crossed over the breast, the eyes closed, and covered by a cloth) to pay him a small respect.
